Job summary

Responsibilities

• Proactively analyzes and uses sales/financial data to respond to market changes while controlling expenditures.
• Creates operational plans with Management Team and directs Department Managers and Associates; ensures proper merchandise, pricing and store standards.
• Monitors asset protection, safety, QA and compliance with Walmart policies and procedures.
• Greet customers, seek feedback and resolve issues within guidelines to create a positive shopping experience.
• Supports store initiatives and community involvement through events and sustainability efforts.
• Leads associates by conducting store meetings and providing training and growth opportunities.
• Ensures cash controls and handles daily cash per policy and procedures.
