Job Description

Are you passionate about fashion trends and leading a team? This opportunity is for you! As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in creating an inclusive team environment, fostering positive connections, and achieving store success through sales, profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Adaptability to various situations and schedules is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure store meets company objectives and KPI targets.
  2. Provide leadership by managing policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
  3. Recruit, manage, develop, and train sales-focused, customer-oriented, and fashion-savvy talent.
  4. Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
  5. Maintain open communication with Store and District Managers.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales targets.
  • High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings.
Additional Information

Salary: $43,350 - $51,000 (may vary based on experience)
