Your Primary Role As An Assistant Store Manager
  • Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
  • Help meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
  • Ensure safety and security for customers, staff, and assets by following all safety, security, and company policies.
  • Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Qualifications To Be An Assistant Store Manager
  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
  • Passion for hair and beauty.
