Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager in all operational areas and assume primary responsibilities in their absence. We are looking for passionate beauty leaders eager to support and manage one of our stores.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Helping the store meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
  • Ensuring safety and security by following all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Fostering an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn, develop, and educate staff and customers.
  • Passion for hair and beauty.
