As an Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager in all areas and are responsible for primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. We are looking for passionate beauty leaders to support and help run our stores.

Your primary role as an Assistant Store Manager

1. Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
2. Help meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
3. Protect customers, staff, and store assets by ensuring safety, security, and adherence to company policies.
4. Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Qualifications to be an Assistant Store Manager

1. Customer service/retail sales experience (minimum of X years) and sales management experience (minimum of Y years).
2. Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
3. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
4. Self-starter attitude with a passion for learning, developing, and educating store personnel and customers.
5. Passion for hair and beauty!
