Your primary role as an Assistant Store Manager

  • Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
  • Help meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations, managing budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
  • Ensure safety and security for customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Qualifications to be an Assistant Store Manager

  • Customer service/retail sales experience: at least X years; sales management experience: at least Y years.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Self-starter attitude with a desire to learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
  • Passion for hair and beauty!

Requirements : Legal considerations
