Job summary

Dollarama in Winkler, Manitoba seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve sales goals. This role acts as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.

The position requires at least two years in retail with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, with opportunities for training and career development are available.

Qualifications

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.

• Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
• Assigning tasks to the team and ensuring store safety and cleanliness.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
