Job summary

Dollarama in Montreal is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and hit sales goals.

You will supervise staff, help with merchandising, cash handling, scheduling, training, and safety compliance, and act as Manager on Duty in the Manager's absence. This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career development within a growing retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of retail experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory or management role.
