Job summary

Kal Tire is opening a new Vernon, BC location and is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the team, and drive safety, service and results. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to keep things running smoothly while building a strong, motivated team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail or service environment preferred).
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with accountability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with team and customers.
• Organized with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs as part of regular duties.
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support store operations, lead the team on the floor, and help drive performance—safety, service, and results. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to keep things running smoothly, while building a strong, motivated team. Requirements
