Job summary

Dollarama in Grand-Bouctouche, NB is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, customer service, and sales growth. You will help lead a team, manage tasks, and ensure store standards and safety.

Open availability and at least two years in retail leadership are required; you will coach staff, drive merchandising, and handle openings and closings with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
• Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.

Daily Tasks (but not limited to)
