• Assist in the planning organization and management of all operations;
• Apply the companys business strategies to achieve the sales and profitability objectives;
• Be involved in the employee hiring process;
• Be responsible for new employee training including customer service product knowledge sales and merchandising;
• Be involved in employee performance evaluations;
• Through a constant presence on the sales floor foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement;
• Maintain schedules and adhere to salary budgets;
• Effectively communicate information to both customers and employees;
• Perform and supervise in-store inventory management.
