About The Team

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will be a passionate Pandora enthusiast. As the ASM, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports the Store Manager and is key to our store’s success. You'll spend time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside the team to drive sales.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment demonstrating results-oriented leadership.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring approach.

Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.

Excellent time management skills, prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.

Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.

A flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
