Job summary

Assistant Store Manager

We’re looking for Talented Passionate Leaders with a proven record of delighting customers and growing sales. As an Assistant Store Manager in one of our stores, you will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager is responsible for driving results through sales metrics and the execution of plans to create an excellent customer and colleague experience. The ASM will work in partnership with the Store Manager and assist in all functional areas of the store including store operations, execution of company directed promotions/programs, visual merchandising, upholding visual brand standards, backroom management, as well as coaching/developing new and existing colleagues.
