EB Games Canada at New Sudbury Center, Sudbury, Ontario is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive store performance.

You will coach, mentor and develop associates daily, ensuring they have the training and tools to be successful, while building relationships and identifying top performers for growth within the company.

Job description

We're looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our New Sudbury Center location in Sudbury, Ontario. The Assistant Store Manager works hand-in-hand with the Store Manager to maximize their store results by providing leadership and support to their team. They ensure that their team provides exceptional customer experiences so we can retain our position as Canada’s number one destination for gaming, electronics, and collectibles. To do this, in addition to attracting and retaining the best talent in retail, they must assist the Store Manager with coaching, mentoring, and developing their associates daily, thereby ensuring that they have all the necessary training and tools to be successful in their role. Building strong relationships is a must and the Assistant Store Manager must be able to assist in identifying top performers and creating plans to help them grow with the company.
