We're currently looking for a dedicated, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join our leadership team at our Chemainus location.*About the Role:*As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily store operations, leading by example, and helping create a positive and productive work environment for both staff and customers. You?ll work alongside the Store Manager and ownership group to ensure that store goals are met, standards are upheld, and our people are supported.This is a dynamic and highly visible role that balances leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and customer service.
