Our store leadership teams are essential to our business, with over 430 retail stores worldwide. They ensure effective store operations, develop strategies and procedures, and guide team members to create memorable consumer experiences. Our mission is “Connecting Active People with Their Passions.”
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead Sales Associates and Supervisors to engage consumers and foster brand loyalty. You will provide ongoing training and coaching on products, technologies, and selling skills to help associates recommend products and influence buying decisions. You will also develop strategies to improve consumer engagement, drive sales, and increase profitability. Supporting the store manager, you will help create an environment focused on inclusion, teamwork, customer service, and productivity by being a positive role model and leader.
