Job Summary – What It’s All About

Position title : Assistant Store Manager

Reports to : Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring top performance across all areas. You will adhere to legal requirements, company policies, and risk & compliance standards. Leading and engaging the team, you will create excellent guest experiences to optimize overall store performance.

Your success depends on your ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences, turning customers into loyal guests. Together with your Store Manager, you will meet or exceed store performance targets through existing and new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards to meet local standards.
  • Assist in developing and engaging the team through feedback, training, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure a guest-first approach, building strong guest relations to increase loyalty and store performance.
  • Support sales growth and optimize store EBITDA to meet KPI targets.
  • Lead team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
