As a Showcase Assistant Manager, you will support your Store Manager in contributing to your store’s success by leading with an unwavering focus on delivering a fun and unique guest experience. You will be accountable for maximizing sales potential by coaching associates' behaviours on the sales floor, setting expectations, and ensuring execution. A focused attention to detail in store operations and preservation of Showcase’s policies and procedures is essential.

What you’ll be doing…

1. High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge and suggestive selling.
2. Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including store front demos.
3. Contributing to your store’s success by maximizing sales and key metrics.
4. Support your store manager by ensuring execution of store standards, policies & procedures.
5. Maximizing sales potential by leading associates' behaviours on the sales floor, setting expectations and ensuring execution.

What you’ll need to be successful…

1. A minimum of one year supervisor experience in a retail environment.
2. A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills.
3. A focused attention to detail in store operations and preservation of Showcase’s policies and procedures.
4. Effective coaching skills, with the ability to inspire top performers.
5. Superior time management and organizational skills.
6. Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
7. Demonstration experience is an asset.
