You will

• Develop professionally through training on protocols from renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes, or Payot.
• Assist the Spa Manager in organizing and managing the spa.
• Welcome clients and organize their treatment schedules.
• Promote, advise on, and sell treatments and beauty products to increase the Spa’s turnover.
• Perform various beauty massages (Californian, Ayurvedic, hot stones, Balinese, etc.) according to brand procedures.
• Ensure the quality of services, client satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Monitor and control the training levels of the spa team.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med standards, hygiene, and safety rules.
• Promote your activity within the Resort.
