Job Description

In this position you will assist the Spa Manager in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Spa. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that our guest are fully satisfied with their spa experience, and that all spa team members enjoy a good working environment. Additionally you will oversee the accounting processes, inventory, retail, and special promotions, as well as respond to guest feedback.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience as a Spa Supervisor
• Spa therapy and spa reporting knowledge are essential
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Leadership and customer service skills
• Well organized
