Assistant Site Superintendent – Institutional Project (University Build)

A well-established General Contractor is seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent to join their team on a major university project. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career while working alongside an experienced site team on a landmark institutional development.

Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 + vehicle allowance + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day site operations, coordination of trades, and enforcement of safety standards

• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress tracking

• Support the Site Superintendent in scheduling, quality control, and issue resolution

• Contribute to a positive, professional site environment

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of construction experience in an Assistant Superintendent or related site role

• Experience on institutional or large-scale commercial projects preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with construction scheduling, health and safety, and municipal inspections
