Position : Assistant Shop Manager

Work Term : Full-time

Location : Power Centre - Grande Prairie

Wage : $18-$20 / hr

Responsibilities

• Assist Shop Manager in daily operations to ensure an exceptional Tommy Gun’s experience for every guest.
• Answer emails and phone calls, manage service queues, and support the team.
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory activities (an asset).
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a positive, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills – ability to go above and beyond for every guest, every time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset.
