Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer and vehicle processing, provide estimates, and ensure timely delivery for customer satisfaction.
  • Greet customers professionally and maintain their loyalty.
  • Assist customers with vehicle pickup and note any issues for scheduling repairs.
  • Explain service work and maintenance requirements to customers.
  • Notify customers when backordered parts arrive.
  • Review work in progress and ensure all jobs are performed properly and on schedule.
  • Diagnose customer problems accurately and document clearly on repair orders.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a service advisor in an automotive dealership is an asset.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Valid Class G Driver's License.
