• Team Leadership: As the Assistant Service Manager, you will be the driving force behind our exceptional service department. Inspire and motivate a team of talented service advisors, technicians, and support staff to deliver top-notch service to our valued customers. Lead by example, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Customer Satisfaction: Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Your mission will be to ensure their satisfaction by providing outstanding service and building strong, long-lasting relationships. With your exceptional communication skills and genuine desire to exceed expectations, you'll be the go-to person for resolving any customer concerns and turning them into raving fans.
