Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Consultant is preferred.
  • Experience delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in vehicle repairs.

This position assists with daily operations including selling, follow-up, and customer retention. Additionally, the Assistant Service Manager ensures productivity and continuous improvement goals are met for Technicians. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with service experience to advance their careers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to maintain high organization levels in a busy environment. A valid driver's license and transportation to work are required.
