Ashley Canada is currently seeking an Assistant Selling Sales Manager for our Regina store located at 92835 Quance St E.

As an Assistant Selling Sales Manager, you will split your time 25/75 between management activities and selling. This role provides an opportunity to lead the team through coaching and fostering a fun, collaborative sales environment, while also applying your sales skills to support guests and achieve personal goals.

As an Assistant Selling Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving store sales, margin, and performance goals.
  • Coaching sales team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitoring sales conversations, providing live coaching, and improving performance metrics.
  • Training staff on products, promotions, selling skills, and policies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining store appearance and presentation standards.
  • Modeling company values and leading by example.
  • Participating in recruitment and developing follow-up systems.
  • Ensuring stock availability and clear communication regarding delivery dates.
  • Conducting competitor shopping and maintaining market knowledge.
  • Leading meetings and training sessions to inspire and retain the sales team.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related fields, or relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience in a related environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn in-house systems.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Availability for long hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Criminal Record Check clearance.
