This role involves supporting the sales manager, managing used truck inventories, and driving customer retention. This position covers our Northern, Interior and Southcoast Region at any of these sales and service dealership locations
This position is located at our Kamloops, BC, sales and service dealership location.
SALARY
Base salary plus sales-driven variable compensation with on-target first-year earnings of $100,000 - $125,000
This position is best suited for a highly motivated individual who wants to fast-track their progression to regional sales leadership

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Assistant Regional Used Truck Sales Manager will work closely with the Regional Used Truck Sales Manager and will be responsible for the sales and marketing of all classes of used trucks and securing and maintaining appropriate inventory levels of used trucks for the region. This position is accountable for achieving the set objectives for growth in market share of used trucks, ensuring customer retention and profitability by managing used truck inventories and establishing customer-focused sales standards.
