Dilawri Group is actively seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join the team at Audi Thornhill.

Responsibilities :

  1. Actively sell / lease new and pre-owned vehicles
  2. Uphold effective processes and procedures to improve sales and profitability
  3. Train staff to meet consumer needs and manufacture programs, as directed by Sales Manager
  4. Ensure all department staff are licensed and trained before communicating with customers
  5. Assist in closing all new and pre-owned vehicle sales with Sales & Leasing Consultants
  6. Ensure follow-up with customers within 24 hours of initial visit
  7. Meet all sales targets and forecasts

Qualifications :

  • Strong background in sales and customer service
  • Drive for excellence
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Valid Driver’s License for Ontario
  • Valid OMVIC License
  • Experience with OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert is an asset
