Best Buy Canada is hiring an assistant store leader in Kamloops, BC. You will lead and coach a team of sales advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales goals.

This role requires 2+ years leading a retail team of 20+ associates and managing store expenses and revenue. You will foster an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment while tracking KPIs and maintaining healthy profit and loss.
