Chatters is looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our growing team at our Chatters Clearwater Landing location in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

  • Share your passion. Using your experience and love for beauty, you will coach and train the sales team to meet store sales targets.
  • Organize and support. Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and merchandised according to Chatters’ standards.

  • Enthusiastic about all things beauty!
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or retail industry.
  • You can build rapport with guests and your team, embracing the philosophy that “Experience is Everything”.
  • You are positive, outgoing, upbeat, and driven to succeed.
  • You provide exceptional guest experiences at every interaction to foster loyalty.
  • You love coaching and motivating your team.
  • You are proficient with computers.
  • Confident, flexible, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills—able to complete tasks on time and within budget.
  • A problem-solver who is responsible and reliable.
