Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience in Quick Service.
• Experience leading 40-50 people in a fast food setting.
• Guest service oriented with a focus on exceptional guest experience.
• Embrace Servant leadership to train, communicate and support the team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate and flexible availability (morning/evening/weekends/holidays).
• Having a driver license and own vehicle is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager or General Manager in leading the team and ensuring adequate coverage.
• Lead by example, enforce policies, and provide constructive feedback on the floor.
• Ensure compliance with operational, food safety and Always Fresh standards.
• Coach, train and develop team members and implement best practices consistently.
• Monitor costs, portion control and waste, and uphold high food quality.
• Address operational and service issues promptly with the management team.
• Evaluate team members, identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
