At Hilton Mississauga Meadowvale, we’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Assistant Outlets Manager to join our Food & Beverage leadership team. This is a dynamic role where leadership directly shapes the guest experience and team success.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Assistant Outlets Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the Outlets Manager to ensure our Food & Beverage outlets run smoothly and deliver Hilton’s signature hospitality. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and play a vital role in building an environment where exceptional service and teamwork thrive.

• Partner with the Outlets Manager to oversee daily operations across all Food & Beverage outlets
• Motivate, train, and develop team members to unlock their full potential
• Deliver memorable guest experiences by ensuring top-tier service standards
• Handle guest queries with professionalism and care
• Work within budgets and payroll guidelines to keep the department on track
• Lead stock takes and help manage resources efficiently
• Drive sales and revenue through team engagement and smart initiatives
• Continuously evaluate guest satisfaction and introduce improvements
• Support the outlet team in achieving departmental goals and service excellence
• Foster collaboration across departments to maintain strong working relationships
• Champion health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
