Operational Excellence:
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
Coordinate between the kitchen and dining room to ensure smooth service, particularly during peak periods.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Support budgeting and cost control efforts, including food, beverage, and labor costs.
Assist in monitoring sales and expense reports, helping to implement strategies to boost revenue and profitability.
Ensure accurate cash handling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Community & Atmosphere:
Help uphold and enhance the family-friendly atmosphere of the restaurant.
Support community engagement efforts, including local marketing initiatives and family-oriented events.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages repeat visits from guests.
Minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role within the restaurant industry (Assistant General Manager, Floor Manager, or similar).
Experience in casual dining or family restaurant settings is a strong plus.
