Key Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of products, events, and promotions
• Participate in promotional activities including social media, events, and photo sessions
• Manage reservations and catering services
• Monitor food and beverage sales, expenses, and promotions
• Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and documentation using Word and Excel
• Update social media and assist with HR issues
• Oversee communication and coordinate month-end inventory

What You Bring

• Minimum three years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Serving It Right certificate
• Diploma or Certificate in hospitality or equivalent experience
• Food Safe Level 1 certificate
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
