Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at one of our properties in St. Catharines, Ontario. The role requires you to live on-site, work four weekdays, every second weekend, and provide on-call evening support.

You will handle cleaning common areas, minor maintenance, preparing apartments, delivering customer service, assisting with leasing, and responding to on-call requests. The position includes a $37,000 salary with an apartment benefit, plus training and career

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is required.
• Customer service skills are necessary.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work on-call evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Perform minor maintenance repairs as needed.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist with leasing of suites.
• Respond to on-call requests.
