Job summary

Realstar is seeking a two-person Assistant Resident Manager team to live and work at one of our properties in Collingwood or Owen Sound, ON. You will help manage day-to-day operations, assist with leasing, and provide exceptional resident service in a well-maintained building.

This on-site role requires living on-site, working four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call evenings. Comprehensive training, career development opportunities, and a rent-free apartment are provided.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is required.
• Customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a team environment is expected.
• Minor maintenance skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work on-call evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Perform minor maintenance repairs as needed.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assist with leasing of suites.
• Respond to on-call requests.
