What Will You Do?
  1. Participate in the full leasing process by managing your calendar effectively, following up on all leads, showings, applications, and leases in a timely manner.
  2. Complete renewal activities by ensuring eligible residents receive renewal offers 90 days in advance, actively following up to secure signed renewals 30 days before lease expiry, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  3. Support collection efforts by notifying residents of payment issues, serving notices promptly, following up, and resolving payment issues quickly.
  4. Assist the Residential Portfolio Manager in maintaining portfolio inventory levels, conducting suite assessments, planning and submitting approval requests for suite turns, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring documentation and Yardi entries are up to date.
  5. Assist in ensuring all maintenance and repairs are conducted safely, timely, and cost-effectively by reviewing inquiries, scheduling repairs, issuing purchase orders, and maintaining documentation.
  6. Help maintain properties by investigating resident complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, and inspecting buildings and vacant units.
  7. Complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents and upload all necessary documentation to Yardi within 24 hours.
  8. Support the management and maintenance of operating budgets.
  9. Create a top-tier customer experience through prompt, courteous service to prospective and current residents.
  10. Support community engagement by building relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups, and developing marketing strategies.
  11. Perform other duties as required.

  • Previous property management experience is an asset.
  • Financial acumen, especially with budget management.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Clean driver’s abstract.
  • Criminal record check clearance.
