Job summary

Please Note : this role will be based on site in Port Colborne, ON.

You as an Assistant Project Manager will :

  • Assist in plan and specification analysis to provide clear, trackable, and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.
  • Prepare project deliverables, including tracking and creating RFIs, transmitting and tracking submittals, composing agreements, and maintaining the project expediting list.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the construction schedule to deliver the project on time and under budget.
  • Administer and manage subcontracts, including subcontractor compliance, tracking changes, and deliverables.
  • Advise the Construction Manager and Project Manager of potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties, and assist in resolving issues.
