Job description

Our client is T1 Main Contractor.
They are looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to work alongside the Project Manager on a 2-year commercial project in Galway city.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with the contract, managing delivery to the agreed level of quality, programme, and budget.
  • Quality assurance.
  • Assisting the PM with project budgets, monitoring expenditures and costs, working closely with the QS team.
  • Facilitating the appointment of subcontractors.
  • Managing communications with various stakeholders.
  • Project coordination & reporting.
  • Document management.
  • Health & Safety.
  • Reviewing methods of working, alternative materials, etc., in order to maximise commercial profitability.
  • Standing in for the PM from time to time at client and subcontractor meetings.

Defined career progression to PM.
