Your Opportunity
Stantec is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Program Management team. The successful candidate will ideally possess up to five years’ experience in a junior project management role to successfully deliver major capital projects. You will be working within our British Columbia team alongside other project managers, coordinators, engineers, and project controls specialists across different departments. Our current projects include work in transit, advanced education, water, healthcare, power, airports, and civic sectors, as well as coordination of design and design/build assignments.
Our goal is to find a talented and creative Assistant Project Manager to support our senior project managers with day-to-day project work and provide value-added services for our clients.
Superior interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Applying your technical and organizational skills to the project management knowledge areas—such as project integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, and procurement—will be key to your professional development.
