A well-established construction consultancy in North London is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of residential and mixed-use developments. The Project Manager will take ownership of schemes from feasibility through to completion, working with clients, contractors, and stakeholders across North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager ready to progress in a consultancy that promotes from within.

The Project Manager will join a collaborative team delivering new-build and refurbishment projects typically ranging from £5m-£40m. This role would suit a client-facing Project Manager who is confident running meetings, leading consultants, and managing risk.

The Project Manager’s role

Responsible for managing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters. You’ll coordinate teams, oversee budgets and programmes, and act as the key client liaison to ensure smooth project execution.

The Project Manager
  • Degree qualified in Project Management or related field

  • MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM preferred (or working towards)

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a consultancy environment

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Experience in residential or mixed-use projects beneficial
