Hydro One, Ontario's largest electricity transmission and distribution provider, invites energetic co-op students to join Environmental Services as Environmental Reporting & Data Management Co-op Student. You will support reporting requirements, help build dashboards, and maintain SharePoint sites.

You will work with stakeholders, develop reporting processes, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently in 2nd or 3rd year of a 4-year Business or IT Management program.
  • Proficient in scripting and debugging.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint).
  • Power BI or analytics tools experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of IT and business administration.
  • Ability to function as a team member and agent of change.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.

Enrironmental Reporting & Data Management Co-op Student supports internal and external reporting requirements through data tracking, consolidation, analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Assists with the organization and maintenance of SharePoint sites and document libraries, supports Business Intelligence (BI) and project reporting dashboards, and helps develop standardized reporting processes to improve data quality, accessibility, and efficiency. Works with stakeholders to maintain reporting tools, document management systems, and performance metrics while contributing to continuous improvement projects across the Environmental Services team.
