The successful candidate will lead and promote quality improvement (QI) initiatives within the Department, ensuring alignment with provincial standards and national priorities. As Director of Quality Improvement, they will:
The candidate will also engage in QI scholarship, partnering with organizations such as the Physician Learning Program and Primary Care Alberta to advance research in implementation science. They will oversee departmental QI strategies, represent the department on relevant committees, and ensure efforts align with health system priorities and accreditation standards.
