DUTIES

The candidate should be able to teach a wide variety of undergraduate courses and supervise student research and projects. In addition, the candidate must provide evidence of potential for an independent research program and the potential of excellence in scholarship.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • The successful candidate holds a Ph.D. (or near to completion of a Ph.D.) in Computer Science or closely related discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with degrees from North American Universities will be preferred.
  • Ability to teach undergraduate students is required.
  • Prior university-level teaching experience in Computer Science would be an asset.
  • Potential for an independent research program is required.
  • Potential for excellence in scholarship.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
