Shifts Available:

Monday-Friday 0600-1500

Sunday-Thursday 2200-0700

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Production Manager in overseeing day-to-day production operations to ensure efficient processes and high-quality output.
  • Monitor production schedules and workflows, making necessary adjustments to optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement safety and hygiene standards across all production lines.
  • Assist in training and mentoring production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Help coordinate maintenance and repair schedules for production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Analyze production metrics and prepare reports on efficiency, quality control, and waste reduction.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process enhancements.
  • Proven experience in a production management role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve production goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
