We are hiring for an Assistant Pharmacy Manager at our Script Care (Central Fill) location in Burnaby, BC.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Day-to-day pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
  2. Clinical responsibilities such as drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, and counseling on prescriptions and non-prescriptions.
  3. Compounding prescribed pharmaceutical products by calculating, measuring, and mixing ingredients and filling containers with the correct quantities.
  4. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community partners.
  5. Managing inventory.
  6. Scheduling, training, and managing team members.
  7. Identifying and addressing business strengths and patient needs.
  8. Developing and implementing business growth strategies.
  9. Enforcing policies and protocols related to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.

You Have:

  • A pharmacist license and good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia or an equivalent regulatory body.
  • Injection Certification.

Compensation:

$48.00 - $51.00 per hour
