Assistant Parts Manager
Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.
Job Summary: The Assistant Parts Manager works closely with the parts team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations within the parts department. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the parts division, achieving optimal profitability while interacting with internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include resource allocation, managing parts inventories and purchasing, staff management, pricing, and customer satisfaction. Hiring, training, and motivating parts department staff will be significant focus areas.
