Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment and Employee Experience, with functional guidance from Recruitment and Retention Consultants, the HR and Onboarding Assistant provides organizational support to the HR team. This role acts as the primary contact for internal and external clients, ensuring professional and courteous interactions. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining employee files, updating databases, assisting with recruitment, facilitating onboarding, and HR reporting. The role requires confidentiality, efficiency, accountability, and flexibility.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Hybrid work arrangements are available.
