Assistant, Nursing Resources Office Your goal in this position is to monitor the daily operation of the Nursing Resource Office and to liaise daily with Charge Nurses and/or Managers of the patient care units to determine staffing requirements. You will schedule clinical staff based on their availability to ensure staffing requests are met and will provide statistics on staffing requirements. You are highly organized, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and can effectively prioritize and multi-task utilizing a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities. In this role, you will be an effective problem solver and will possess strong communication skills. This position supports the hospital’s academic mandate by advancing care through teaching and learning and/or transforming care through research and innovation. This position contributes to the shared responsibility of ensuring health and safety policies are followed to provide for a healthy environment for patients, staff, physicians, learners, volunteers and families.
