Overview

As an Assistant Planner at Zenith, you will be a key member of the Strategy team, focusing on meaningful human insights to drive measurable results. Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing and executing media plans across all media types.
2. Support the development of data and recommendations for media strategies.
3. Communicate with local clients regarding tactical media plan details.
4. Manage contracts, insertion orders, and revisions with media vendors.
5. Input non-broadcast/OLV media buys and handle reconciliation of media spending.
6. Assist with billing processes and updating budgets and charts.
7. Support media research and collaborate with creative teams.
8. Update competitive media reports and assist with presentation materials.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, business, or communications.
2. Successful academic and work track record.
3. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work in teams, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
